• Councillor Anthony Seymour - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Anthony Seymour declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he had previously been employed as an adjudicator by the Land Registry and as a solicitor corresponded with the Land Registry.
• Councillor Lynda Seymour - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Lynda Seymour declared a non-pecuniary interest in that her husband had previously been employed as an adjudicator by the Land Registry and as a solicitor corresponded with the Land Registry.
• Councillor William Stoodley - Non Pecuniary - Councillor William Stoodley declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he had previously been employed by the Land Registry.
