RESOLVED:  To note that the following interests were declared:

 

Agenda Item 3 – Call-in of the Cabinet Decision (15 January 2015) – Determination of Statutory Proposals to expand Grimsdyke School

Councillor Susan Hall, who was not a Member of Cabinet, declared a non-pecuniary interest in that she was a Hatch End Ward Councillor and the lead signatory to the successful Call-in of the Cabinet decision.  She would remain in the room to listen to the discussion and decision making relating to this item.

 

During discussion on the item and upon mention of access to emergency services and the discussion with the Fire Service, Councillor Susan Hall, who was not a Member of Cabinet, also declared a non-pecuniary interest in that she was a Board member on the London Fire Brigade.  She would remain in the room to listen to the discussion and decision making relating to this item.

 

Councillor John Hinkley, who was not a Member of Cabinet, declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he was a Hatch End Ward Councillor.  He would remain in the room to listen to the discussion and decision making relating to this item.

 

Councillor Jean Lammiman, who was not a Member of Cabinet, declared a non-pecuniary interest in that she was a Hatch End Ward Councillor and a governor of Shaftesbury School which was part of the wider School Expansion Programme.  She would remain in the room to listen to the discussion and decision making relating to this item.

 

Councillor Barry Macleod-Cullinane, who was not a Member of Cabinet, declared an interest in that he was a signatory to the successful Call-in of the Cabinet decision.  He would remain in the room to listen to the discussion and decision making relating to this item.

RESOLVED:  That, having re-considered the decision of the Cabinet meeting held on 15 January 2015 as set out at Appendix 3 to the report in relation to the Determination of Statutory Proposals to Expand Grimsdyke School, the original Cabinet decision of 15 January 2015 be confirmed.

 

Reason for Decision:  To re-consider the decision within 10 clear working days of a referral by the Call?in Sub?Committee in accordance with Committee Procedure Rule 45.8.3.  To proceed to implementation of the Cabinet decision.

 

Alternative Options Considered and Rejected:  To amend the decision made by Cabinet on 15 January 2015.

 

Conflict of Interest relating to the matter declared by Cabinet Member / Dispensation Granted:  None.
