- Councillor Paul Osborn - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Paul Osborn declared a non-pecuniary interest in that he had been a Cabinet Member in 2008 and was responsible for the Council Improvement Plan, however, he had not been responsible for the SAP system. He would remain in the room whilst the matter was considered and voted upon.
