• Councillor Don Billson - Personal - Item 3/01 Land at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Brockley Hill, Stanmore Personal interest as the Applicant’s father was President of Harrow East Conservative Association.
• Councillor Husain Akhtar - Prejudicial - Item 1/04 - Harrow Central Mosque. Prejudicial interest as he sometimes attended the mosque for prayer and knew some people there. Accordingly, he would leave the room and take no part in the decision making process.
• Councillor Husain Akhtar - Personal - Item 3/01 Land at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Brockley Hill, Stanmore. Personal interest as the Applicant’s father was President of Harrow East Conservative Association.
• Councillor Joyce Nickolay - Personal - Item 3/01 Land at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Brockley Hill, Stanmore Personal interest as the Applicant’s father was President of Harrow East Conservative Association.
