- Councillor Barry Macleod-Cullinane - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Barry Macleod-Cullinane declared an interest on the Motion – Making the next census count for our Armed Forces Community in that his father was a veteran and his sister was a serving member of the Armed Forces.
