- Mr N Long - - Nigel Long declared an interest in that he was Chief Executive of the Harrow Association of Disabled People (HAD) which was located in the Wealdstone Centre and in that HAD would be in receipt of targeted travel training aimed at those with learning difficulties. He would remain in the room whilst the matters were considered and voted upon.
