Approval of a scheme to take out an equity share in properties being purchased by resident leaseholders on the existing Grange Farm estate where their equity would not allow them to purchase a suitable replacement home.

Approval to potentially include other development land in negotiations to be held with bidders from Developers who wish to build the new Grange Farm estate.

Approval to negotiate with the Ministry of Defence to acquire the site currently used by Air Cadets at Northolt Rd.
