Consultation process
Consultation: The scale, content and impact of each event will be evaluated through the application process and a decision taken at that time on who needs to be consulted. Consultation will take place with residents with properties immediately abutting the park/open space, ward councillors, local community groups/Interested Parties, responsible authorities (through the Safety Advisory Group), Portfolio Holder and Director or nominated deputy, as appropriate.
Consultation has taken place with key service managers to ensure that the policy aligns with service areas
