Harrow Council's Domestic Abuse Service
To request Cabinet to:
1. Approve the invitation of applications to tender for the domestic abuse service for an initial period of three years from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026, with an option to extend twice for an additional 12 months each;
2. Split the provision of the Domestic Abuse Service into Lot 1 Domestic Abuse Service: Strategic Coordination and direct support to domestic abuse victims and Lot 2 Safe Accommodation: Refuge Support and Management and Floating Support;
3. Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of People and Director of Finance to award the contracts for both lots.
