·         Approve notification of the project and planned spend of the funding grant received from WLWA

·         Following consultation with the Portfolio Holder of Environment, Delegation of Authority be given to Director of Environmental Services to spend the funding as required.

·         Approve to increase the 2021/22 Capital Programme by £357k to reflect the allocation of the funding for capital expenditure
