Complaint - Breach of Code of Conduct The report of the Monitoring Officer and all relevant information will be circulated at the meeting. Minutes: Members considered a report of the Director of Legal and Governance Services, which set out details of a complaint against a Member (Member A) and four complaints against another Member (Member B) in that they had failed or may have failed to comply with the Authority’s Code of Conduct, and independent advice obtained in relation to the complaint.
The Sub-Committee fully considered and discussed the reports, with each Member setting out their individual thoughts on its contents.
RESOLVED: That
(1) the complaint referring to Member A be referred to the Monitoring Officer to arrange for a formal investigation;
(2) the complaints referring to Member B be referred to the Monitoring Officer to arrange for a joint formal investigation. |
