Dissolution of Harrow Town Centre Forum To vote on the proposed dissolution of Harrow Town Centre Forum. Minutes: After confirming that the subsuming of Forum Members into Sub-Groups of the BID was in hand, Members were asked to vote on the dissolution of Harrow Town Centre Forum.
RESOLVED: That the Harrow Town Centre Forum be dissolved.
