Agenda and minutes

AGREED: That Mr Jeff Jackson be appointed as Chairman of the Forum.

To agree the Membership of the Forum as listed on the agenda front sheet.

AGREED: The Membership of the Forum be agreed as listed on the front of the agenda.

Any additional appointees shall be nominated and seconded by a representative of a member organisation.

AGREED:  That no further appointments be made.

Apologies were received from Mr Anthony Wood, Harrow Public Transport Users Association.

To be selected from a Councillor Member.

AGREED:  That Councillor Susan Anderson and Simon Williams be appointed as joint Vice-Chairpersons of the Forum.

The Forum shall be managed by an Executive which shall consist of a maximum of 3 other Members to be members of the Executive to serve as such for the ensuing calendar year.

The Executive shall consist of:

·                     The Chairperson;

·                     The Vice-Chairperson;

·                     A maximum of 2 other Forum members;

·                     A Council Officer.

AGREED:  That Mr Darren Harman, St. George’s Shopping Centre Manager, and Teresa Cannon, Harrow College, be appointed as Members of the Executive.

AGREED:  That the report be noted.

Which the Chairman has decided is urgent and cannot otherwise be dealt with.

AGREED:  That no items were raised.
