Continuation of Additional Licensing for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) PDF 76 KB Report of the Divisional Director of Environmental Services. Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee received a report of the Divisional Director of Environmental Services on a proposal to apply to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to continue with and amend the discretionary Additional Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) Licensing Scheme.
A Member moved that the Committee move straight to the vote. This was duly seconded and agreed. The officer stated that a decision not to agree the recommendation would delay implementation for a further two months.
RESOLVED: That the Private Sector Housing Enforcement Team do not apply to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to continue with and amend the discretionary Additional Houses in Multiple Occupation Licensing Scheme. |
