THAT following a hearing before the Licensing and General Purposes Sub Committee ( “the Licensing Panel” or “Panel”)

Conditions

 

Conditions agreed with the Metropolitan Police will be applied to the licence, as well as conditions proposed by the Applicant in its application and conditions that will be extrapolated from the Applicant’s operating schedule for the Applicant’s other Premises licence LN/000016950/2023/1 (adjusted with regard to the extended opening hours and hours for the provision of late night refreshment).

 

    

As a consequence, the following conditions will be added to the licence:

 

-          AdigitalCCTV systemshall beinstalledandoperated throughout therestaurantdiningarea,drive thru,carpark andany areas open to members of the public.

-          Thehead unit (recorder)for storing CCTV images shallbelocated ina securecabinet or othersecure area out of the sight and access of the public.

-          TheCCTVsystem tobemaintained andoperatedin goodorder andto the satisfaction of the Metropolitan Police reasonable requests. The medium upon whichthe imagesarerecorded willbeclearly identifiable, stored securely andretained for a period of notlessthan 31days. Footageand screenshotsshall bemade availableto thePolice andLicensing Authority Officers immediately uponrequest in accordance withthe Data Protection Act 2018.

-          Such footage mustbeprovided in an immediately viewable format and shallinclude anysoftware required toview footage. Any discs,portable drivesor other storagemedia ontowhich the footageis transferredmust be providedby the Premises.

-          Amember of staffwho istrained to operatethe systemand supplythefootageshall bepresent atthe Premises at all times when licensableactivities are taking place.
