Issue - meetings

To receive a report of the Director of Legal and Governance Services seeking Council approval to the appointment of Chairs of Committees for the Municipal Year 2021/22.

Two nominations for the Chair of Planning Committee were received and were duly seconded. Upon the meeting moving to a vote on the nominations, ten Members requested a Roll Call Vote.  The voting on the nominations for the Chair of Planning Committee was as follows:
